1956 Chevrolet Other Pickups

Somebody already did the hard work on this one. With vivid paint, a beautiful real wood bed, custom interior, overdrive transmission, and an enhanced V8, all you need to do to have fun immediately is come down and turn the key on this custom 1956 Chevrolet 3100.
Just one look and you can see a lot of work has gone into this pickup. The purple has that added luster from a modern professional clearcoat application. The paint is so good that they expertly deleted trim, shaved the door handles, and color-matched areas like the grille and bumper. The result is an extra sleek appearance that really lets you appreciate the detailed design that Chevy only offered for a few short years. There are some terrific sporty custom pieces, like the forward-hinged front end, wide side exhaust tips, color-matched Rally wheels on a lowered suspension, and the tailgate slotted in Chevy's bow tie pattern. But even with these refreshed and upgraded items, this pickup doesn't lose its original personality. This model series was the beginning of the stylistic wraparound windshields, and we always love the look of well-done lumber lining the truck bed floor.
Pop the remote door openers to reveal even more investments inside. The exterior purple returns on the door tops and dash, and now its joined by a supple gray for a premium look and feel. The bench seat feels more like a bucket thanks to individual bolstering and a fold-down armrest. The carpeting, headliner, custom door panels, and custom center console coordinate nicely to really show this is a thoughtful build. And the steering wheel really ties together this gray and chrome presentation. This has all the best features, like power windows power locks, cup holders, and an AM/FM/CD stereo. This also has provisions for air conditioning, and the sale comes with a new compressor, so it's an easy step to getting cold air blowing into the cab. This custom is also built to be a comfortable driver with a Lokar shifter, tilt steering column, power steering, and Dakota Digital gauges keeping you full informed about what's going on under the hood.
The whole front end is one custom piece that tilts forward. So it draws plenty of attention and really lets people see the upgraded powerhouse. That's also why they made a big investment in a tidy and polished presentation. More than just an award-worthy look, this V8 has plenty of substance, too. The 350 cubic-inch V8 has been upgraded with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, upgraded intake, and shorty headers. Plus, this has great features to keep you running down the road like a large aluminum radiator/electric fan and a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission with highway-friendly overdrive. Doesn't that sound like a truck that was built to cruise anytime and anywhere? If you were not already convinced of that, just look at the undercarriage photos. Not only will you see more evidence of a clean build, but also you'll spot great upgrades like the power front disc brakes and a tubular arm independent front suspension.
There's only about 3,600 miles on the whole build, and this is the classic that drives as smooth as it looks. So it's a great total package, and all that's missing is you. Call now!
