1972 Chevrolet Camaro SS that is a TRUE SS. This is a "Z27" code on the data tag as well as the build sheet both confirming the SS status. Car was originally a Tennessee car, before the previous owner owned it. This was originally a gray car with black interior repainted to a custom indigo while keeping the black vinyl bucket seat interior. Chrome and brightwork in nice shape and show wel against that custom paint. The paint in in great shape with a slight color shift from deep blue to indigo. Under the hood is an era-correct 350 V8 that has been decked and rebuilt, believed to be the original engine. That 350 is paired with a TH350 automatic transmission as well as power steering and power brakes. This is also equipped with Edelbrock performer intake, Holley street-avenger carb, and custom oil filtration system. Originally an A/C car, components no longer there. High rise composite hood with hood pins. Quicksilver automatic shifter on the center console. Riding on centerline style American Racing wheels and good rubber. Door cards, seats, carpeting, and dash all in nice shape on this Camaro. Fuel pump switch below the lighter on the dash. Aftermarket column mounted tachometer as well as water temp, oil temp, fuel gauge, volts, oil pressure, and vacuum gauges installed nicely throughout. Great running and driving Chevrolet Camaro!
