This is a 1968 convertible Camaro. It's a 396, 325hp, auto transmission 400 turbo, p/s, p/b, A.C., RS, SS. I got this from a guy who'd had it 30+ years. He painted it 15-20 years ago. I would call the paint job a driver quality paint job. He told me that the car has all of the original sheet metal, including the quarter panels. He said there was no rust in the car before he had it painted. There is no rust in the car now. I have pictures of the trunk pan and floor pans showing they are original with no rust.It does have the original motor, with original stamping on the motor, also included in pictures. It does have the 12 bolt rear-end in it, with multi-leaf springs. It has a front sway-bar.This car is extremely rare with all of the options. It has a Tick Tock Tach and gauge package. The previous owner took the air conditioning off under the hood and put headers on it. It appears that the air conditioning parts are all intact inside the car. The original interior color code is T=726, which I believe is Turquoise. The exterior color code is KK or K2, which I believe is Tripoli Turquoise. It does have a crack in the windshield on the passenger side.The car does starts right up.The car was built in CA.This car would be an excellent candidate for a frame-off restoration to get the Big Bucks out of it.
