Price: - Item location: Austin, Texas, United States
Description:

1954 Chevrolet Corvette

1954 Corvette project car sitting on a restored frame, finish restoration to NCRS specifications or convert to a Resto Rod. The body is a very early '54 Vette (the same body as the '53) with hand laid fiberglass and is in very good condition (with the exception of the lower rear below the trunk that was damaged in transport). The project includes a valid Florida title, both doors, deck lid, '53 style hood and trunk, brand new windshield glass, the rolling chassis with front and rear suspension, front coil springs, rear leaf spring, brake drums, front cross member, 3rd arm with drag link, radiator core support, lowerenginemounts, upper and lower A-arms, rear banjo with differential. The body appears to have all of the original panels and looks to have never been hit. The project includes only those parts mentioned or pictured and no other parts (no hinges, gauges, hardware, interior, stainless, bumpers, etc). The original vin plate is missing, however, they are readilyavailable. The project was started back in the early 80's and sat in a climate controlled warehouse for decades. I am told that this is the 58th 1954 Vette ever build, however, I have not verified this. The reserve is lowand the car will sell. The car is for sale locally and is the auction is subject to ending at any time.
