This 1970 C10 was restored several years ago and has primarily been driven to and from local car show events & the occasional "nice day" cruise. The bed is from a 1988 Chevy 1500Stepside. This is a proven, reliable, adult owned driver friendly truck which has never seen aggressive or race type abuse and has been garage kept. The truckhas approximately five thousand miles in total since being overhauled. No expenses were spared in the building process selecting only the best components available. The engine is a later model 350 Chevy Small Block Crate engine stroked to 396 cu. in. built by Golen Engine Service.I have all the paper work chronicling every aspect of the build including the dyno sheet but its primary features are as follows: forged pistons, crankshaft and rods, hydraulic roller camshaft and lifters, case hardened pushrods, plasma rings, double roller timing set, high volume oil pump and ported/polished 195cc heads, serpentine conversion kit. Edelbrock Victor JR intake, Holley 750 cfm carburetor, MSD ignition, 3 inch super Comp headers, aluminum radiator, electric cooling fans, electric vacuum pump, custom built master cylinder and booster, high torque starter, 700R4 TCI Super StreetFighter transmission with 2800 rpm stall converter, 3 inch stainless exhaust with Turbo mufflers, 12 bolt posi-traction rear end, 3 inch lowering kit with coil springs and shackles, adjustable shocks, front & rear sway bars, traction bars, driveshaft loop, all new axle seals, brakes, lines, bushings, suspension & steering components, new factory fuel tank and sending unit, completely new interior from National Parts Depot to include: carpet, dash, door panels & sun visors, Custom gauges, radio unit, DC upholstery custom seat, Ididit tilt steering column, Classic Industries Custom wood & leathersteering wheel,ice cold A/C from Vintage Air, Mickey Thompson tires on Cragar SS wheels and much more! The glass, brightwork rubbers and moldings are in exceptional condition. A lot of attention to detail was spent on this C10 including its unique paint scheme, chassis & engine compartment. It shows extremely well and almost always receives accolades whenever seen.
