1967 Chevrolet Other Nova

This 1967 Chevrolet Chevy II coupe has the right idea when it comes to a driver's classic. It has a cool hardtop profile, V8 power, and four-on-the floor. And yet, while the specs give it a taste of the muscle car feel, it never gets to forceful/wild to lose that cool cruiser feeling.
The second-gen Chevy II was only available for two short model years, but its design is one we really love. They managed to deliver full-size style in a more manageable mass. After all, features like the outstretched front overhang and cool hardtop coupe profile are the kinds of elements that makes many other cars icons of the 1960s, too. Plus, the factory-correct Butternut Yellow seems to represent the era nicely. There's upgraded Nova trim, and that appears complete and quite stock. There was also room for some shining upgrades, like the newer chrome bumpers and the polished 15-inch torque thrust-style wheels. These add some extra flair without taking away from the period-correct feeling.
The factory-correct black interior provides a timeless contrast against the exterior's creamy yellow. The seats have the nice classic look where you can sit plenty of people across the two wide benches. The front seats even ones have the low-back style that doesn't rise above the door line, and so it really gives this pillarless hardtop an attractive and unobstructed profile when all the windows are down. What you'll like most about this interior is that it has a touch of custom street machine attitude. There's a set of SunPro auxiliary readouts cleanly installed under the dash. You get a grippy three-spoke steering wheel with a SunPro tach prominently mounted on the column. And that goes quite nice with the Hurst floor shifter.
The engine bay put the V8 power on display as the dark inner walls funnel your attention to the bold and shining components in the middle. The 283 cubic-inch V8 was the kind of motor you could get in a Chevy II when new, and so it's great to have that displacement still under the hood. Of course, this one is far from stock with nice upgrades like an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, performance intake, and shorty headers. The shortened dual exhaust has a nice tune, and you really get to dial it in correctly thanks to the control of the four-speed manual transmission. An updated front suspension, wide Michelin tires, and front disc brakes are all part of a nice cruising total package.
This is the cool hardtop coupe that has the features you want now, and the right fundamentals to let you take it to the next level whenever you're ready. So don't let this V8 Chevy slip away, call today!
