1989 Chevrolet Corvette . Condition is Used. Six speed manual transmission. Runs, stops and shifts fine, cosmetics leave a bit to be desired. Fit and finish issues (see pictures). No radio,HVAC works on defrost only. Instrument cluster works but has faded display ( common C4 problem ). Tires are great, windows go up and dow, seat covers. Convertible top ok, no rips, one bow (right rear has mounting bolt broken, bow is good). Hood cables need work or replacement ( I use outside cable for latch). Clutch master cylinder leaks slowly as does the power steering, I top off fluid and can drive the weekend with no problems. Car was bought for a special project about five years ago, but wound up using it as summer weekend driver. Ideal candidate for project car as it has a ZF six speed transmission with the larger rear end and last year before airbags.
