Overview Of Entire Vehicle: *Condition #3 (Excellent Custom Driver)

Here is an absolutely gorgeous 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Roadster that has a mild custom 70's look which is very popular right now. It makes the car extremely unique with a kind of concept look to it. This car was done in the 70s and had a mild cosmetic restoration about 10 years ago when the car was painted. The interior is a mix of original and new and it is powered by a 300hp solid lifter 327ci engine, out of a 1965 Corvette, mated to a 4-speed Muncie transmission. It runs and drives like a top and has looks that just don't quit. It is truly a great great driver. It is a very fun cruiser in excellent condition at a very affordable price. This car is on consignment with us from a gentleman who is a Corvette collector and a snowbird here in Arizona. He recently went home to beat the heat of summer and left this car for us to sell for him and he will be returning with another Corvette in the spring. He owned this Corvette for quite a few years and it is the only reason he is selling it. Do not miss out on this one as it will not last long at all as it is a very cool and fun Corvette that is very unique and drop dead gorgeous.

Exterior: *Condition #3

The exterior of this Corvette looks beautiful, again the restoration was done about 10 years ago, but it still looks amazing since its always been stored inside and rarely driven. It is finished in Marina Blue, with a black Stinger hood stripe, a matching blue hardtop and black canvas soft top. The paint has an excellent shine to it, as it wasn't a 20k paint job but it wasn't a cheap one either. The body is very straight with excellent fit and finish and appears to be untouched, unhit and undamaged. It still has the factory bonding strips on both front and rear showing how nice of a car it really is and that its never been in an accident. The nose has been replaced for the Mako Shark nose and they did a very very nice job as the fit and finish is excellent with the correct gaps throughout. All the glass is original and looks crystal clear. All of the stainless and chrome appears to be original and looks excellent as well, showing a slight patina but perfect for a driver. It is sitting on American Racing Torq Thrust wheels with like-new blackwall tires. The car does have both tops, including a black Stayfast canvas soft top that was replaced last year. The hardtop has been painted in Marina Blue to match the car and is overall in great condition as far as the paint, weatherstripping and headliner go but the window does have some flaws and to make it a 10 we would recommend replacing the window. Overall the car looks amazing and is a very fun cruiser that you canjump in and drive right away and take to car shows or trips and not have to worry about anything.

Interior: *Condition #3

The interior of this Corvette is very nice and appears to be a mix of original and newly replaced as the door panels and dash pad are original and in excellent condition but the seats and carpet has definitely been replaced. All the trim and bright work is excellent condition and really shines throughout the entire interior. The dash and gauge cluster looks beautiful and are very clean as well as the Hurst shifter. It has the correct steering wheel in it which is very nice with only a couple minor hairlines. All of the windows roll up nicely and look fantastic including the trim surrounds. Everything appears to work in the car including the clock, wipers, courtesy lights, gauges, and horn. The speedo, clock and the radio do not work but they would be easy fixes for the next person. Overall it is a beautiful interior for a perfect cruiser.

Mechanically: *Condition #3

Mechanically this Corvette is in excellent condition and drives like a top. Under the hood is its 300hp 327ci soild lifter engine that runs very very strong mated to a 4-Speed Muncie transmission. You can really hear that high performance sound with this engine. The car runs and drives very nice, shifts great with a great feeling clutch and is just a real good driver. There is no power steering or brakes so it does have that muscle car feel. Under the hood has that cool 70s look to it with a new battery, a quick battery disconnect, fresh oil change, new drum brakes, and a new exhaust system so it is ready to go. It has been very well maintained as the owner has been driving it while he was here and is ready to rock and roll. Absolutely nothing is needed to start enjoying this beautiful Corvette.

Under Carriage: *Condition #3

The underside of this car is very clean and has very nice floors. The frame looks very solid as well. There might have been 2 little spots on the end caps on the frame that had minor repairs, which is shown in the video, but absolutely nothing major as it extremely sold and rust-free. The suspension is very tight while driving but a couple of the bushings do appear to have some age to them. The spare tire carrier is missing from the car but those can be bought and replaced. Overall it is a very well maintained Corvette and really needs nothing to be driven and enjoyed. Do not wait on this one as it will not last long.
