This is aBeautiful Rare build Turn key car, I have had this car for several years now and it has been a great addition to my collection. This is a Perfect car forsomeone looking for a Pro touring car that is not onlystreet legal but can also be a weekend warrior at the track yet still getting show carcomplements. The car is Rust Free and is in Excellent shape inside and out, it is a turn key car inevery way. This car Started its life in Alabama as a Bare bones Camaro RS nothing special but it already had a greatfoundation which was a clean all steel body. It was brought to my house in CT and has sent to Moroso Performance in Guilford CT where itreceived a FullChassis Tub,Sub Frame connectors, and a 10 pointChromoly roll cage with easyaccess bars on the drivers andpassangers side. With a single pull of a pin the bar will swing out or can be removable allowing for easy in and outaccess for daily driving. While it was there I also had Disk Brakes installed, a Painlesswiring Harness and a switch panel installed. While theSuspension was being workedon I ordered a new 3 Speed power glide trans by Champion Trans and had the Engine sent out to be Built by Nizens Performance engines in NewHaven CT a Very well known racer and Engine builder.
The block was stroked to a 383 stroker with scat internals, it has a steel forged crank, Aluminum 185 AFR Heads, 1.8 Rockers, a Stage 2 comp camwith a very high lift and lope not sure of the duration. 4 BBL Double pumper 750-850 CFM with mechanical secondaries designed by quick fueltechnologies Fuel pressure iscompletely adjustable. The car is Running a 10:1 Compression and wasbuilt for a 300 shot ofnitrous or Blower. It is alsoEquipped with a Custom set of headers, RacingElectric water pump,4 coreRadiator by BCOOL, A Hi flow Electric fan by BCOOL and a 6" Cowl Hood just to keep the car cool on hot days.In the Engine it is also Running all SteelBradded Lines,fittings and stainless steel hardwareeverything is rustResistant and nearlybullet proof. TheAlternator is a 120 AMP withchrome housing Designed by MSD, It also has a MSDIgnition system, a Painlesswiring Harness and a High Rise Intake. After The Engine was built it made 493 HP on a Engine Dyno with no Power Adder using Pump 93 gas.
Rear End is a Custom 8 pointMorososhortened rear end withmoser Axles and a fully Adjustable front and rearSuspension that has been dialed in for 1/4 mile racing. The trans sits inside alakewood belt housing and is connected to a 1 piece Custom DriveshaftDesigned by Goliath Specialties also has a driveshaft loop.
This Little thumper is also sitting on 29x18.50-15LT all streets rear tires byMickeyThomson and 15x4 frontskins The rims a Weld Pro Star Rims front and rear. The car alsoRecieved a huge weight Reduction and weighs in on a scale at 2,790 LBS by itself.It has a 12 GAL Fuel cell, High Flow Fuel pump and asecondary FAST Fuel system.paint work was done by Goliath Customs and is atripleblack crown is the paint code.
When I Purchased this car Ipaid 18K Just for the car and I probably spent another 20K Just on the build and restoration easily so This is aAwesome car for the right person. Ibuilt the car with the intentions of being able todriveit on the street, being able to enter car shows and being able to take it to the drag strip yetstill being a reliable daily driver. The car does Run on pump 93 but fortart use 110 is perfect I would use 1 gallon of 110 and 9 gals of 93 fortrack use. Ionlyhad the pleasure of going to the track twice withthis car in aquarter mile best time on drag radials at Atco was 11:2 my second time I had the cardialed in a little more and ran a 10:9 second in the quarter mile. This was withoutNitrous or a Power adder, This car Hooks up and is straight and true.
