1959 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible Comes in Black with silver coves original California car very early rare car according to the Vin# its one of the first 66 Corvettes ever produced in 1959. The car runs and drives very well. Purchased from the previous owner who owned the vehicle since the 70's. The car spent its entire life in southern California. The undercarriage of the car is in excellent condition. You do not find too many Corvettes that still look this good underneath. The corvette comes with a rebuilt engine as well as a rebuilt transmission. as well as many other things that have just been repaired including: intake manifold was recently restored being sand blasted and powder coated, which will prevent peeling in the future. The entire brake system was rebuilt, including brake shoes and all new hoses. The heater core was replaced to insure no leaks. The carburetor was just recently rebuilt giving the car a much better idle than what it previously had. overall this car is a nice driver. The paint and body work are in nice shape there are a few minor nicks and scratches but nothing serious at all. This car can be driven as is without anything further work needing to be done.If you are looking for a great everyday driver this is the one.
