Unlike most 64 Impala SS this car has the date stamped on the top of the VIN from the Factory! 10-63! Check it out! (Wisconsin plant did this)
Verified Original Matching Numbers 327-250 horse S code! Engine dated 09/23 Body tag stamped the first week in October!She rolled off the factory line with Seat Belts, Tintedwindshield,interior chrome package.
Originally Palamor Red with black interior. Interior has a couple tears but is all there in decent shape. All stainless andbrightwork should clean up nice.

I have notdone anything to this car since I saved her with the exception of throwing some brand new whitewalls on her! Yes Yes I know those are 1962 SS hubcaps!
The gentleman I got her from had her a very long time and had big plans but lost his indoor storage and thats where I came along. I have come to the realization that with the arrival of my third kid it will be a long time before I get to this old girl! SoOo my loss, is your gain!
Great project. Motor does run but hasn't been started in a while. (I will get her running good prior to auction end) Trans goes in and out of gear smoothly.
What you see in the photos is what you get. I did not spray her with black primer or butter her up to get more money... I figure whoever buys it wants to see what they are getting. Some of the trim ( back window 4-5 pieces total) is sitting on car and will be removed and placed inside for safe shipping.
I do have the rear windowtrim not shown. Also have the Original manifold. I will load photos of the engine and trunk asap.
Theprevious owner started restoration. New windshields and gaskets front and back.
Roof, roof rails look great, no rust. Roof is Solid inside and out.
This is by all means a project car but a great one! Frame and floor braces are rock solid. Inner fenders, engine compartment,battery tray, rad support, etc are solid. She does have rust in all the usual places (fenders, quarters, and trunk. Floors are in pretty solid shape but do have some rust thru.
I would recommend inspecting prior to bidding as she is sold as is. Ask questions prior to bidding. I can take photos of anything you want to see, just ask.
