1963 Chevy Corvair 900 Monza Convertible
1963 Chevrolet Corvair 900
Up for bid is a nice unmolested 1963 Chevy Corvair 900 Monza Convertible. I purchased this car at an estate sale. This car has been stored inside since 1985 undriven. The previous owner said that this car was parked due to the belt continuously coming off. The engine and transmission both had fluid when I purchased the car. This is a running driving car that I've only driven in my yard. I've replaced the spark plugs, updated the ignition to electronic ignition, new rotor button and cap. Both carburetors has been rebuilt with kits. It has a new fuel tank, pump and sending unit with all new fuel lines. The car has a complete brake system rebuild including, rear wheel cylinders, new hoses, drums turned with new brake shoes, front has new wheel cylinders, hoses, hard lines, with new master cylinder. All four wheels of this car were removed, powder coated and replaced with new tires when stored. The convertible top has no tears but does have stains from sitting. I haven't did anything to check the condition of the top motor, the rear window will need to be replaced. The only rust that I have found is in the front floor pans. This car is being sold as a restoration project AS IS. It has a clean Georgia title. Please ask all questions before bidding. If you have less than a 25-eBay feedback score, please contact me before bidding. There's an immediate $500.00 non-refundable deposit due at auction end.
Happy Bidding!
