Up for bid is an original 1952 Chevrolet 2-Ton Loadmaster Flatbed dual-wheeled U.S. Air Force Military service surplus truck. The truck was possibly used as a U. S. Air Force airbase ramp or crew chief's maintenance vehicle for aircraft. The vehicle has several original emblems, insignia, and data plate info that it was used for this purpose.
Very solid running original 235 cu. in. engine (no tailpipe blue smoke), 4 speed manual transmission, and a entirely new brake system with a hard brake pedal on the first depress. Original Air Force blue paint with an aged natural antique patina. Very straight body and original solid floorboards. Original quality reupholstered interior coil spring bench seat, factory floor mat, door panels, and headliner are all new and restored to OEM specifications. Diamond plate steel 14-foot in length flatbed.
