Overview Of Entire Vehicle: *4- (Solid Project Truck)

This is a solid 1986 Chevrolet Blazer that is also a project truck that needs a new loving home. This truck is on consignment with us from one of our good customers. She bought it sight unseen and was misrepresented and she asked us for help selling it. This is not a normal truck we sell but we are doing it as she is a good customer of ours. The truck is currently in below average driver condition now and you can use it as it sits or it would be a great start to a nice restoration project as it appears to be very solid and rust-free or you can work on it at your leisure as you drive it. There are a lot of options here. This truck is priced extremely cheap as we are selling this as no reserve to the highest bidder. We do not have much history on it and what we know is what we can see on the truck. The pictures and the video basically tell all on the truck but we tell a brief overview based on what we see and go from there.

Exterior: *Condition #4

The exterior of this truck shows good from about 10-15 ft away. It has been repainted once in its factory two-tone color of Dark Brown with Tan. It was just an average paint job when it was done years ago. It has some body damage on the left front fender that was never fixed and some random dings and dents throughout but overall everything is pretty straight and solid. All of its original chrome and trim is in average condition and it is missing a few pieces here and there. The factory hard top is in average condition as well but the body does not appear to have any rust at all. It is sitting on chrome wheels with decent tires and all of the glass seems to be in pretty good shape. Overall it is in decent condition with a few things that could be fixed to take it to the next level.

Interior: *Condition #4

The interior is pretty decent overall and shows okay. The seats looks really nice, the door panels are in pretty good shape and the carpet is nice except for a few stains. The door panels are missing some of their trim pieces and it is currently missing the factory dash and has a dash cover that was screwed on. A lot of the pieces on the dash are loose like it was being worked on at some point and was never screwed back in fully. Basically nothing works in the truck as it appears things were disconnected so none of the courtesy lights work, the heater does not work, the power windows and power locks do not work, the radio is missing, the directionals switch is broken but does work. Overall it needs a lot of love on the inside but looks decent.

Mechanically: *Condition #3-

Mechanically it seems to be in really good shape and runs pretty good. It has a Chevy V8 in it and we are not sure the cubic inch but it doesn't appear to leak or smoke and the transmission shifts good. The engine label on the radiator support does show its a 5.0L but we are not sure if the engine in it is original or not and it does appear to have been slightly modified. While driving it the steering feels a little loose and could use a couple things here and there but does drive decent. The 4x4 does engage and drive correctly but does make a little noise when going into gear from inside the truck. Under the hood looks decent. We have not driven this truck a long distance but we have driven it a few miles and it does drive average and the 4x4 does work correctly. It could be used as a daily driver if you wanted to.

Under Carriage: *Condition #3-

The underside of this Blazer looks really clean and solid and doesn't appear to have any rust at all.
