1969 Chevrolet El Camino --
I have owned this 1969 Chevy El Camino for 8 years now. I bought it from a friend of mine's father-in -law. They are a well known car family around here. They all have old muscle cars and go to the local car shows. The previous owner had new quarter panels installed as well as most of the interior redone. I had the new headline installed as the seam had ripped and I didn't want to take it to the car show with the head liner with one big split in it.I also had the front brakes professionally upgraded to power front disc. The car is very fast and 4 way drum brakes just didn't get the job done. I want to stop not slow down! The engine was professionally rebuilt and installed before I bought the car. It is a 350 that has been bored 030 over making it a 355 CID engine. 4 bolt main block. I have the engine builders info.(RPM Automotive in Daytona Fla. It has forged flat top pistons. Crane cam # 228/320-6 480 lift. Pink rods, Moroso Deep oil pan, Crane roller rockers, Holley 750, Jackson gear drive. Real motor heads know there is something special under the hood, They always ask if it's gear drive or blower. Fuellie Heads! Edelbrock intake. Really to much to list but you get the idea. Nothing was spared on the build. Like I said it was built for their personal use and enjoyment not to resell.Lots of replaced front end parts too ( center link, ball joints, etc.) The Truck also has a set of ladder bars on it. Even the windshield was replaced. Big Block style 4 core alum radiator. Posi rear. They told me 390:1 I would of guessed 411.This El Camino has been a great driver for me. A real head turner. Everyone comments how much they like it and always ask about it.The hood is steel not fiberglass. I have never researched the numbers to see if it was an original SS. So I am listing it as a SS clone or tribute car.It has Chevy really wheels, dual exhaust and a 4 speed transmission. All the goodies that you would expect to find on a late 60's muscle car...I believe I have priced it to sell as I do see what these sell for. Just look at the others on Ebay mostly see them from $30-50K.Non refundable deposit of $2000.00 is due with in 48 hours. Please look at the pics and ask questions before you bid as all sales are final. The car is being sold as is with no warranty or guarantee of any kind.I encourage you to inspect the car before you bid. I want you to be happy with it.Winning bidder is solely responsible for all of the shipping cost involved. Winner must pick up or make arrangements to have it transported. The vehicle will not leave my possession until it is paid for and funds have cleared. Sorry but to many scammers out there.Again I am sure I left a lot of information out and I want you to be happy with the truck so please ask questions before you bid. If you win I expect you to owner your bid and the contract and pay for it.Vehicle Details:
