Description:

1953 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210

Selling my 1953 Chevy 210 project. I started with a decent original car and have most of the original parts to go along with the car including the original chassis, interior, trim etc. The body was soda blasted inside and out so there is nothing to hide as far as bodywork goes. It had the typical rust along the rockers and quarters. All rust was removed and replaced with new panels. The roof was chopped 3" in the front and 3.5" in the rear. All work to the body was professionally done by Leadfoot Speedshop in Cleves, Ohio. A full custom chassis was built by Dropped Axle Productions in Cincinnati, Ohio. It uses a custom top of the line Scotts Hotrods IFS up front with new power steering rack. The rear axle is a Currie 9inch with posi and is held in place with a custom fabricated trailing arm setup and watts link. Wilwood disc brakes front and rear. Slam Specialties bags front and rear. Drivetrain is a 70k mile all aluminum LS2 and 4L65e transmission. Engine/trans were removed from a running 2006 Pontiac GTO. Front buckets and rear seat from the GTO are also included with the car. Wheels are new US MAG "Heavy Artillery" 20x8 fronts and 20x10 rears wrapped in new Yokohama tires.
Obviously this is a project but a lot of the hard work has already been done. The body is sitting on the new chassis but still needs the floor finished in order to be fully mounted. A lot of time and money has been spent to get it this far, the new owner can finish it to their liking and have a great, well built car for a fraction of the price needed to build a car to this level. The car is located just north of Cincinnati, Ohio. Clear Ohio title as well. Please feel free to call or text with any questions (614)580-2348 More photos available upon request.
