So please BID BID bid knowing that the Beast and I both check out!Anyways...Nice old classic 1985 K5 UtilityBlazerHas just under 50,000 miles on it; it was mainly used for farming and huntingGets around 16 mpg (as low as 12 & high as 19) BUT IT IS FUN TO DRIVE!350 engine8 cylinder4 brl carburetorManual lock out hubs4 Wheel Drive
IT S A BEAST... Goes through mud, snow, brush, and Brier. Throws mud roosters out in front of the truck...yeehaw!It starts under all conditions... When it was cold (15 to 20 below zero) she fired up... I had to pump the shit out of it, but that was amazing!Once it sat in the shop for three years, I charged the battery and away she went.Had some body work done about 5 years ago due to rust. Now the bottom half has Rhino brush guard to protect it.The truck's factory color is white, which is the paint color on the upper half of the truck and the bottom is blackThe top and windows are leak-free ( I'm. Mentioning that because I read some do leak)The head lights, blinkers, marker lights, and break lights all work, so it is road ready.Does not burn any oilIt needs a tune up to really be at top performance and if it sells for over $5000 (which is still $3500 below the LOW NADA value) I will pay for the tune up before letting it goBesides a tune up, it will need tires. The ones on it hold air and do the job but they are pretty bald. Also the tailgate crank needs replacing because you can't lock it upThe air conditioning is Gone, the AC pump has been removed, there is no stereo system or interior overhead lamp. The dash was all cracked up and broke and I am almost done covering it. Should look pretty good (especially when compared to its earlier condition)This truck is 34 years old and is nice for its age, but is in no way perfect or showroom ready... But has potential to be totally awesome. This vehicle is sold as is where is with no warranty of any kind.I have told you the truth as I know it. It is my truck and has been for many years. I purchased it from the previous owner who got it for payment for working on his uncles farm.Ask any questions and I will do my best to answer.
It is the buyers responsibility to arrange transport but I will help if I can, just ask before bidding.
