1977 Chevrolet G20 Van

Up for sale is this 1977 Chevrolet Short Wheel Base G20 Van. This is a one family owned van with the original purchaser being the titled owner the majority of the time. This van was purchased new in 1977 in New York before being driven out to California later that year when the owner relocated here. This van has always been located in the dry California climate since coming out here with the owner, and was a covered storage/garage kept vehicle for the majority of it's life. The van was well cared for over the years of ownership. This van comes with the original documents, receipts, owners manual, and an amazing service records history as shown in the photos. The van was repainted years ago in the original color, and although it does show some age it is still very presentable. All new window and door seals were recently installed. This van was factory equipped with the 350 V8 and the TH350 Automatic transmission which make for apleasurable driving experience. The engine was replaced around 50k miles ago with a factory GM crate 350 engine, and the automatic transmission was overhauled. The van runs and drives well and I wouldn'thesitate to get in and drive it across the country. Everything works as it should: lights, turn signals, cd player, gauges, power steering, wipers, horn, etc. Original upholstery on the front seats is still present under the installed covers, but they show wear and age as expected. The van has had insulation, wood paneling, and cork board tiles on the ceiling installed and help with road noise that is typical with a van of this era. Originalowner added a few tasteful custom touches over the years: his/hers pop up sunroof up front, wheel well trim, roof rack, ladder, skylight, gauges, cd player/speakers, party tray/drink holder,vent shades, and spare tire carrier. At one point a cruise control was installed but is not currently functioning as the vacuum canister was removed and will be included with the sale. It's currently a great blank canvas for someone to install their touch to it and bring it to the next level. This is a great looking and driving Shorty Chevy Van that we expect will give it's new owner years of enjoyment and pleasure of ownership. Current California registration, 2 sets of keys, Clear California title, and current transferable smog certificate from 7/6/19 will be included with the sale.
