This is a solid 1968 Chevelle Malibu California car. Turn the key and it fires right up, runs exceptionally smooth idle and strong rev and acceleration. No smoking or noises, it runs smooth. The transmission shifts smooth in all gears with no issues. This car runs and drives. It has been stored for 10 years. I drained the tank, flushed it and added fresh gas and a hot battery. It ran excellent. I was told it was completely original, drive-train rebuilt once in the 1990's but I have no documentation to prove it. Its been in the same family since the early 1970's until I acquired it recently.
Previously had front end damage. That was the reason it was stored. The radiator leaks and there is some damage to the front bumper and hood. It drives straight and smooth. The shocks are worn and need to be replaced. This is not ready to jump in and drive. It is a great start for a restoration or wont need much just to drive as is. If shipping, it saves a lot being able to have a turn key running car for transport rather than a non-runner. This car is solid in and out with exception of both lower fenders.
