1985 Camaro - Purchased May 2015 from mechanic. Was a project car, moving to where I have no where to put it. Has 2002 crate GM Performance engine, 350/350, 4 bolt main, modeled after Corvette. Estimated 325HP when new. Engine has about 60,000 miles on it - only 4-5k put on by me. Believe it has a TH400 automatic transmission with Shift Kit,and bucks from first into second. Very much for someone who wants to work on the car. MILEAGE IS NOT ACCURATE ON LISTING.
Body is not in good shape, door sags, but could be worse. It runs perfectly, brand new Kumho tires, about 2k miles on them. Updated wheels, brand new starter, Ceramic Brake Pads. Straight pipes, IS NOT EMISSIONS CERTIFIED, no catalytic converter. Has been registered as a historic vehicle in NJ, will not pass emissions.
Interior and Exterior needs a lot of work - probably better off taking the engine out of the car and dropping it into something else or for someone who wants to play around on weekends. Does great burnouts, needs more air flow for launch or start in lower gear.
Going to miss this car - but need it picked up by 8/20/2019 AT THE LATEST. Buyer risks pick up location changing if forced to be later than this date.
