It has a 350 CID V-8 bored .030 over with roller rockers and a Weber four-barrel carburetor and 4-speed transmission. As mentioned, this Custom Stepside truck, which was made at General Motors' St. Louis, Missouri assembly plant (VIN code S), is finished in a bright, dazzling blue that is in overall very good order, as is the trim. It has straight body & the chrome bumpers are in very good order, the battery looks good and the engine bay is extremely tidy. The cargo bed looks great and has a newer wood floor with metal trim. This C10 rolls on Uniroyal Tiger Paw white-letter radials, size 255/60R15 all around, and the tires are mounted on body-colored Chevy C10 alloy wheels from the 1980s with center caps. The wheels are in very good order while the tires are in good, original shape. Brakes are four-wheel drums. This truck has a 4,400 GVWR and a 115-inch wheelbase.Under the hood is a 350 CID Chevy V-8 overbored by .030 with roller rockers, a Weber four-barrel carburetor, newer alternator and water pump, radiator core support and inner fenders. The truck also has a newer wiring harness. A Muncie four-speed manual transmission and a semi-floating rear axle back this motor. Driver convenience features include power steering.Inside, the black bench seat looks fantastic, as does the matching carpet. The blue headliner is in good, original order while a wood-rimmed, three-spoke steering wheel with tilt column faces the driver and it looks great dressed in its alternate rim. The blue metal dash with black trim echoes the rest of the interior's theme and the instrument and blue with black inner door panels are all in very good condition. A B&M floor-mounted shift lever and a Custom Audio AM/FM stereo with MP3 capability round out the interior.A new, more modern look came for 1967, along with a new nickname: "Action Line." It was with this revision of the C/K truck that General Motors began to add comfort and convenience items to a vehicle line that had previously been for work purposes alone. The majority of 10 series and some 20 series Chevrolet trucks from 1966 to 1972 were equipped with a coil spring trailing arm rear suspension, which greatly improved the ride over traditional leaf springs. The only noticeable change for 1970 was a minor update to the Chevrolet grille. At first glance, the 1969 and 1970 grilles look very similar. However, the 1970s plastic inserts actually have highlights that divide the appearance into six separate sections.Competition to this truck in 1970 included Dodge's D100, Ford's F-150, GMC's 1500 Custom, International's 1010 series truck and Jeep's Gladiator.Classic truck fans, classic Chevrolet collectors and anyone who finds a clean-looking truck that's been well restored should do themselves a favor and stop by MotoeXotica Classic Cars to check out this clean Chevy C10 with the eye-catching paint.VIN: CS140S172058Model#: CS10704This truck is currently located at our facility in St. Louis, Missouri.
