For Sale: Available here is a super nice original well maintained 1988 Chevy Silverado K5 4 x 4 Blazer with new paint about 5 years ago. It's an Automatic, 5.7L 350 engine, 4wd, Air Condition, P/S, P/B, Tilt wheel, Cruise Control, Power windows, Power door locks, Power rear window, 98,000 original miles.Like new Good Year Wrangler tires, new battery, upgraded new lock out hubs up front. It starts right up without having to pump the pedal even after sitting for a long period of time. Runs, shifts, and drives as it should.
New Paint and exterior restoration approximately 5 years ago and only driven approximately 2000 miles since painted and looks absolutely beautiful. The paint and work was not a cheap procedure at a cost of over $5000. Interior is original and in very nice condition other than one hair linecrack in dash pad. Original carpet is in good condition but does show some fade in some areas. Original floor mats. Engine bay clean and looks nice. No engine oil leaks.Underside chassis originalwith normal surface rust in a few spots, and has not been undercoated, painted, or covered up to hide anything. Still has the factory numbers and markings on the frame. Exterior does have a few tiny paint nicks.Original owners manual/books still with the Blazer. It was sold new at a dealership in TN to the first owner in Hendersonville Tn. Current owners have owned the Blazer for the past 14 years and are the 3rd owner. Clean and clear history.Reason for selling... owner(husband)passed away whowas a U.S. Marine Veteran. $18,900. oboA/C does work but the original Harrison compressor just recently starting making a squealing noise(on 7/06) and will likely need replaced soon, so the A/C compressor drive belt has been removed since pictures were taken. Will replace the compressor depending on the agreed sale price
