1969 Chev Chevelle SS 396 original SS car **EXCELLENT**
1969 Chevrolet Chevelle
Selling for a friend... was his baby. In the same family for 40 years . Last 22 years just a Sunday cruiser . Straight, clean, original SS396 325hp runner with TONS of new parts and upgrades. Runs, looks and drives GREAT!
Not 100% sure about numbers match. I believe the original motor was changed to a 1968 for rebuild but original trans was used for rebuild.
Motor rebuilt in 1982 bored .030 over and all new parts. Runs great. Recent brand new exhaust from headers to tail pipes.
Tranny rebuilt in 1997.
New interior, front buckets all new upholster, new headliner, new carpet, replaced dash.
All instruments look new and work great. Radio replaced with new Sony but have original.
New front suspension parts.
Repainted from original Daytona Yellow to the red wblack stripes. Paint is in great shape.
Car does have some rust on the bottom passenger door, also some underneath but not at all bad for a 50 yr old Midwest car!
Trunk is clean and repainted.
Many more new parts.
