1932 Chevrolet BA Confederate --
Offered For Sale by the California Automobile Museum 1932 Chevrolet BA Confederate Sport Coupe We Offer Financing This car is absolutely GORGEOUS! Restored in 2000, it’s only been driven 3,600 miles in 19 years. It’s time for someone else to get it out and drive it! This car was bought new in Sacramento in 1932 (original bill of sale included). Current owner got it in 1962 as a 12 year old boy, and has kept it ever since. Unlike Fords, 1932 Chevys were built... on a wooden frame, so many were junked in the 50’s, that’s why you don’t see too many of them around today. Photos of the restoration are included showing the task of putting together the new wood frame kit. Body panels included leading the panels where they joined. Fenders are black and the body is two shades of gray from 1988 Lincoln colors. Red pinstripping is beautiful and accentuates the red spoke wheels. Chrome is in very good condition. Chrome hood vents look amazing. Upgraded radiator cap. Motor has been rebuilt. Mechanical brakes. Interior is beautifully refinished in grey mohair from Hampton Coach, rumble seat in vinyl. If you’re looking for a time capsule from 1932, this is one amazing car. The restoration is top quality, the car draws attention wherever it goes!
