Description:

1977 Chevrolet Camaro Base

1977 Chevrolet Camaro. It does not have air conditioning. Never did...
Base Model with Power Brakes, Power Steering, Tilt Wheel, & Original Rally Wheels.
New 350 Engine, Not a rebuilt engine. It has a rebuilt 350 transmission with a new stock torque converter and flywheel that were installed when the new engine was installed. New Paint, still needs cut and buff but it looks great. Under 40,000 original miles on the body, under 1000 miles on the new engine and transmission.
The driver's seat has a small tear but I have the new upholstery for both front seats, vintage and color correct.
New air shocks on rear, new front shocks still in a box in the trunk.
New door handles that have not been installed yet. The drivers side handle is damaged. I will change it if I have time to do so.
I also have a new shifter cable, but the original one works just fine. I got a good deal on the new one so I bought it.
Stock manifolds with a new exhaust system including new mufflers that sound great.
Fat mat installed, looks, runs, sounds, and drives like new.
I have owned this car for more than 12 Years. The new engine and transmission were installed in September of 2017 and the new paint was shortly after that.
I bought this car from the second owner, he had it for about a year and he wanted the original 305 engine and 350 transmission.
This has been a project car for me and it is in excellent condition. It still needs a few minor things but I think I have everything it needs like the new front shocks, and a new console center plate.
I have restored this car to be driven. It is not a show car or a hot rod, It is a cruzer with the original highway gears, and it is in very near new condition. The engine is a stock 350 / 195 horsepower with a new quadrajet 4BBL carburetor, new distributor, new chrome valve covers, & new 12" chrome air cleaner.
The price is firm... $17,500.00 Cash Price, is the only price.
Please do not waste your time if you are not truly interested in this Camaro.
Why am I selling it? I am getting to old to enjoy it and I don't drive it. It just sits in the barn and it really should be driven!
I am sure that I have forgotten to note a few items such as the car cover, and who knows what else? This car has been kept indoors it's entire life so there are no rust issues. The first picture is of the original factory paint, taken just before the new paint job.
Please call before you buy it. I would really like you to see it before you buy it. Make sure this is the car for you because it still needs a little work, and I want you to see just what is needed. The new paint is not show car quality, but it is very nice and did not cost me $10,000.00 and that was the price quote of the first three estimates.
The car is road ready and I am selling it as is...
You would never be able to buy and restore a Camaro of this vintage for the price this one is offered. I have done a lot of the work myself and I was a certified ASE master mechanic for most of my career. Call Mark at 360-225-7225 PLEASE, call before you buy it.
