Description:

1956 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210

You are viewing our 1956 Chevy 2dr hardtop. This is a 3rd owner survivor car never restored and it has been in the family since 1982. My Dad's pride and joy. Super clean southern rust free car originally from Missouri. The original owner had it till 1977 when he traded it in. Odometer shows 82,000 miles. Has been in storage since 2005. With dads passing we decided it was too nice to let sit. With a change of fluids and a new battery she fired right off. Runs and drives good.
Exterior:Sierra gold / Adobe Beige on of the best combinations. Beige is original paint. Gold has been touched up lower half at some point but really nice lacquer paint. Beige has touch up by rear bumper when continental kit was installed. Not perfect but nice for a survivor. I would say 7 out of 10 a few scratches from storage. See pics
Interior; All original except carpet is new. Wonder bar radio and original unmolested belair dash. Cassette deck hidden in glove box and CB on removable base when at shows.Cover on seat to protect seat.
Drivetrain:Rare option combination for belair 2 dr. 235 inline 6 with power glide. Orinigal number matching engine rebuilt in 1984. At 79,000 miles. Car has 82xxx now. Factory power steering. Brakes good but left front wheel cylinder leaks a little. Oil just changed. Power steering ram replaced. Exhaust manifold split for dual cherry bomb exhaust for that sweet sound and looks.
Undercarriage:Super clean never seen snow or salt. Pictures don't do it justice. New tie rods and upper lower ball joints.
