Vehicle is a fixer upper would need to be towed even though vehicle is drivable. It had a salvage title in 2003 but was reclassified and inspected by the Georgia DOT and a new title was issued. The vehicle was rear ended and the trunk lid was replaced.The engine has 75,000 miles and runs great and I have a notarized statement to confirm.
