PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE ENTIRE AUCTION AND AGREEMENT BEFORE PLACING YOUR BID 1969 Chevy Camaro SS (factory Super Sport) Factory Hugger Orange (72 pnt code) Factory Super Sport (X55 Code) Factory 4-Speed G’s Racing 355ci/450HP 12-Bolt Posi Rear/Multi-Leaf Springs 33+ Year Old Paint that looks Like 8 out of 10! Fly-In & Drive it Home… it’s that good Factory Tachometer/Console w/Gauges I Reserve the Right to End this Listing Early Call or Text… 706-831-1899 Up for auction is a 69 Camaro. The previous Georgia owner had this car for 23 years and the Georgia owner before him had the car for 10 years. This Camaro has not been painted during that 33-year timeframe. It appears to be a 1-repaint car in the factory original Hugger paint color… as was the trend in the 80’s, the Camaro was re-painted with the Z28 stripes added at that time, and drip rail moldings and wheel lip moldings were added as this car didn’t come factory with those moldings being a Super Sport X55 car. The paint still looks remarkable being that it has been on this car for that length of time… as you can see in the pictures it is a slick as glass mirror finish. It has been garage kept for these entire 33 years, that we know for sure. I have been all over this car with a magnet and have inspected the floors, trunk pan, inner fenders, and rocker panels and it appears to be all original sheet metal and a no-hit original body on this Camaro. The interior is mostly original. The front bucket seat covers (and foam seat pads) as well as the front door panels are new. The Tach and gauges all work except for the temp gauge which has a broken needle… however it has a hang-on temp gauge mounted under the dash. All lights and turn signals work. The tires are new a couple months ago. The engine is not the original factory block. The motor in the car is a 355ci/450 horsepower pro built & installed at G’s Racing in 2013. The motor has approximately 600-700 miles since the build. The previous owner is a business owner that stays busy and didn’t have much time to enjoy the car… hence why he reluctantly sold the car.Following is some info on the motor: 4 Bolt Main 350 bored .030 over, Herbert Hydraulic Roller Cam, machined block, Forged Flat Top pistons (single eyebrow), Scorpion Performance Full Rocker Arms, polished crank, Edelbrock Aluminum heads, 750cc Quick Fuel Carb, Long Tube headers with FlowMaster FX series mufflers and 2.5” exhaust out the back. The motor is 10:1 compression runs on pump gas high octane. I’ve been running 93 Shell and it runs great. The clutch was replaced same time as motor with a Centerforce Dual Friction. The rear end is a 12-bolt posi and I was told it has a 3:73 gear… feels about right. After I bought the Camaro I had everything completely serviced as well including fluids, chassis lube, new set of plugs… it has a 7-quart oil pan by the way. If you want a good Hugger Orange 69 Camaro that has always been a good car then look no further. If you want a fast Camaro that any other would be hard pressed to beat on the street, then look no further. If you want a dependable Camaro that is turn key ready and a drop-dead knockout, then look no further. The car is not cheap, and this is not a desperation sale. 1969 Camaros like this are hard to find and getting harder.
