Original engine, numbers matching 1972 Chevrolet Corvette T-top, 4-speed. With deluxe interior. This is what General Motors called leather interior. This is a beautiful Mille Miglia Red ( paint code 973). Other factory options include tilt/telescope steering wheel, power steering and power brakes. And only 36,753 original miles. This vehicle runs and drives extremely nice. It has had minor previous repair on the front fender but was nicely repaired. The clutch and shifting is exceptional.This vehicle was stored for over 35 years at the owners house garage. It was in storage so long that when I purchased the car I had to have a 30 foot tree cut down to get the car out of the garage. The previous owner did start and run the car periodically. When I remove the car from the garage I was careful not to start the car until I completely went through the vehicle. The brake system was leaking and I wanted to be sure the coolant system was fine before the car was ever started again. I completely went through the fuel system, the coolant system, and brake system. I fix the fuel pump, fuel lines, rebuilt the starter, new carburetor kit and air filter, new heater hoses and clamps, new heater core, installed new trailing arms, new brake pads and brake cable. Also, added four brand new BF Goodrich raised white letter radial tires. This car is completely serviced and ready to enjoy.A truly exceptional survivor and an exceptional investment car.
