High Lights of the project are as follows: Body was taken to bare metal no rust. After the body was prepped it was shot with Flame Red clear coated color sanded and buffed. Interior was restored using original materials where ever possible. Engine is a 383 stroker built by West Tech Performance. It has been blueprinted balanced and fuel injection was Dyno tuned. It hit 452 HP on the engine Dyno (detailed engine info is available). It now has 2500 miles on it and had been completely reliable. Last summer the trans was changed over from a four speed to a four speed automatic by Art Carr at California Speed and Performance. He also installed side motor mounts trans cross member trans cooler Locar shifter and gas pedal. Sound system controlled by a reto radio with RDS/USB/MP3?3.5mm aux-in ? Ipod. It is miked for hands free cell service. Sound is sent to a Boss 3000W 2-channel amp for the subs and a 1600W 4-channel amp for the 2 way 4x4 and 6x9 speakers.
