Description:

1964 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe

Selling my 64 Corvette I have had for 5 years. Car was purchased from a muscle car museum in West Florida where it sat on display for almost 25 years. As a result of sitting for so long everything in the car was either non functional or dry rotted.
When I purchased the car it was sent directly to Johns Corvette Service in Laconia NH for a Body off restoration. The car was there for almost 3 years having over $35000.00 in repairs, frame taken down to metal and painted, all fuel lines and brake lines were fabricated and installed, new gas tank, new brakes and hoses ( stock drum brakes) new brake power booster and master cylinder also all suspension parts have been replaced. New radiator. A/C system has been completely gone over. Transmission was gone over as was the rear end that has been totally rebuilt. New stock reverse lock out shifter with linkages.Engine removed and resealed not rebuilt as the engine was running perfect, Radiator hoses and belts have been replaced. The list goes on. Lets just say the car is almost new and every system has been gone over. Im sure I forgot other items that have been completed but the paperwork from Johns Corvette would confirm.
The Silver Blue paint code 912AA was not touched as the paint was very nice and has a great shine, I would estimate the paint is 7 or 8 on a scale of 10.
I have just completed an interior restoration, front rugs and kick panels have been replaced, door panels were removed and all new hardware installed, I replace the door panel vapor barriers as they were torn and in sad shape. The seats are standard black annd have no rips or tears. All instruments work as they should including the clock.
I can no longer drive the car as I have Parkinsons and it is extremely uncomfortable.Im looking for a newer automatic Corvette that is comfortable to drive and enjoy.
I have restored this car to factory, there are no modifications what so ever. The car is stock.
Any questions please dont hesitate to contact me. I have set the reserve at a fair price considering the money I have invested in the car. Im a realist and know I'll never recoup what I have in the car.
Please dont bid for fun. Have the funds available before bidding.
Thanks
