Ready for the street, for show and for go!
1970 Chevrolet Camaro RS Pro Street
This is a high end build to show standards top to bottom. Yes, it will tear up the streets but it is built to drive. The suspension and steering handles like a sports car. Runs cool, uses pump gas. EXTERIOR: The body and paint work is outstanding on this car. I use the term often that "it looks like glass" this one literally is like a mirror. The stripes are so smooth you don't feel them. The car is slick... as can be front to back, top to bottom. Jambs are just as slick. Body panels fit real nice, there's not a ripple. It has a very desirable Rally Sport which is the split bumper and the extended grill. All the chrome and trim is new. All the glass is new. 15 inch polished Centerline wheels with monster Hoosier tires in back. INTERIOR: Completely restored inside, every square inch looks new. Fully carpeted rear space with roll bar. Classy set of racing style bucket seats with racing belts. The door panels, visors, dash pad, dash trim have all been replaced. Has a carbon fiber gauge insert with a really nice set of Cobalt gauges. Also a sharp looking deluxe steering wheel on a tilt column. Has a B&M shifter on the floor. Interior lights work, glovebox is new. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It detailed to show quality. Full of high end parts. The motor is a 355 with Eagle rotating assembly, special ground, high lift roller cam, roller rockers, Dart Pro-1 aluminum heads. Topped off with a tunnel ram intake, dual Edelbrock carbs and a billet shotgun scoop (very cool looking set up). Lots of billet aluminum parts to dress it up- good hinges, master cylinder, brackets etc. BeCool radiator rated to keep 1,000 hp motor cool. Also has aluminium water pump, overflow bottle and dual electric fans. Modern power steering with pilished components. This is no doubt a beast but it is built to drive. Runs on pump 92 octane fuel. UNDERSIDE: Very impressive workmanship. This was professionally built with a big budget. Upfront it has Heidts Pro-G suspension with tubular control arms and coil over shocks. Has rack and pinion power steering, H.D. sway bar, powder coated subframe. Wilwood disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors and stainless braided hoses. In back it has been tubbed. Has narrowed Ford 9 inch with 35 spline axles, 4.11 Detroit locker gears. Has tubular 4 link suspension with coil over gas shocks. Also has Wilwood disc brakes. It is tied together with welded frame connectors. Has a fuel cell with premium fittings and lines. Bottom of the motor has big oil pan and hi torque starter. Trans is a performance built Turbo 400 with reverse manual valve body and trans brake. Has one of the biggest driveshafts I have seen and a driveshaft safety loop. The floors are clean. The aluminum pan work when they tubbed the car was done really well. Has a really cool massive oval exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. The entire system was powder coated. Everything under the car still looks new. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Carpeted, has fuel cell, gel battery with kill switch. Bottom of trunk lid and jamb are painted slick, new weatherstrip. This car is fresh with very few miles. The builder enjoys building cars. He has done several that we have sold, he knows his stuff. Each car has been outstanding. There is far more invested then what we sell them for. This is an exciting car. It will rock n roll, turn heads and win shows!
