1988 Chevrolet Blazer

1988 Blazer. This was traded in to a local new Cadillac dealer about 5 years ago, and the dealer kept it to use as a plow truck. They put it in the back lot and forgot about it until recently when the dealership needed to clear lot space. Its completelystock except for add-on running boards and receiver hitch.
I put a battery in it and it started right up. Fuel is a little stale but it runs good and I've driven it around our lot. 4 wheel drive works, trans shifts ok, it starts and stops fine. The brake pressure light just came on recently but I don't see any leaks. Tires have great tread but are older.Option tag is marked "3.42 posi".
Probably not ready for a long road trip, but it can be driven short distances.
Interior is very nice but it will need a headliner. Great seats and console. Power windows and tailgate window works. Carpets are dirty but it should clean up with some effort.
Body is better than average - has the usual rocker and sill rust. Bottom of tailgate has no rust through and hinges work well, but there's a scaly spot on the exterior corner and the trim has come unglued. Rear body mount brackets has some rust through but are intact. Everything is still covered in the factory undercoating, which is flaking off in spots. Spring hangers are clean.
Truck was repainted years ago but I see no signs or repairs or filler. Looks like it was originally single tone charcoal metallic.
Located just east of Cincinnati, Ohio, zip 45102. Can store for a month or so if truck is paid for after the sale. I have commercial lot and can accommodate large trucks and trailers if you want to send a shipper.
