Description:

1971 Chevrolet Camaro

1971 Camaro, split bumper, paint in excellent condition. The car spent most of its life garaged in CA and NV and has no rust, rebuilt 350 ci small block Chevy with about 2000 miles (odometer says 61,000), performance cam, HEI ignition, automatic built turbo 350 transmission, 2300 stall, shifts great, new headers, posi rear end. The car has a mean and impressive rumble and really gets it on. Seats and carpet redone, door panels in good condition, headliner has 2 splits that have been resewn and a tear in the right rear that has been black gorilla taped (see last pic), original seat belts show their age. Disc brakes, nice rally wheels, tires have about 90% tread, power steering, new weatherstripping, dash cover, and headlight beauty rings. Car is not show quality but is in excellent shape mechanically and cosmetically. Floors and trunk are solid. Runs, drives, and stops, all lights and gauges work. SS emblems added for embellishment. You might think that the car is an RS but it's not, it's a split bumper conversion.
