Prior to paint the new owner will need to: Block sanding (moderate to heavy) + mud-work and Panel alignment/ correctly line up gaps. The only panel that needs to be fixed is the lip below the trunk deck lid behind the upper rear bumper.
The rest of the car has been blasted and or replaced completely.
