1976 GMC Sierra Grande 1500 4x4, 400 CID, short bed pickup, Spirit of 76 edition. One owner NC vehicle, has been in storage, engine is free and turns over when we turned the front damper/lower pulley, we have not tried to start it. Truck has rusty areas which we have photographed and included here. We also have an album of over 100 photos we can send you if you contact us. This truck was purchased from the original owner who bought it new in 1976 and told us that it came with the roll bar, the KC lights, the front grill guard and lights. Also has a CB radio mounted in the ceiling of the cab. Truck is loaded with options: a/c, 400 CID V8, sliding rear window, wood grained instrument panel, heavy duty springs, Turbo hydramatic transmission, custom steering wheel, tachometer, chrome rear bumper, all weather a/c, heavy duty front and rear shocks, 3.73 rear axle ratio, fuel tank shield, tilt steering wheel, chrome grill, Scottsdale equipment, and option 26E: NDW1 blue/white knit interior. Previous owner also said that the blue shag carpeting was all original, that the truck came that way from the dealer. The owner replaced the factory front hubs with Warn manual lock out hubs.
This truck has some rust which appears to be typical body rust for these square body pickups. Replacement panels are readily available. Frame appears to be very solid. Please see photos carefully.
