Up for sale is my 1972 El Camino SS tribute which I have owned for 13 years. South Carolina car that I had painted and restored in 2006. Frame on restoration including ALL new sheet metal to make the car laser straight. The car left the factory with a BB 402...TH 400...12 bolt posi...front disc brakes...tilt wheel and A/C . ( all a/c components have been removed and proper non a/c components installed ) The car now has a Mark Jones Vortecpro built engine from Colorado Spring, Co. It was an early 70'S 454 engine to begin with . It is now a 467 with an Isky billet hyd. roller cam and reworked heads. There are 4100 miles on the engine. Dyno sheet and receipts come with the car. Everything on the car is either new or rebuilt . What you just read above is the add that I saw last spring. I bought the car. It has been a perfect car. It has 10,000 miles on the restoration including the 4000 miles on engine. I put about 1000 of those miles on it. The car gets more attention than any car I have ever owned. The car is and was senior owned and not abused.Has coated Headman headers, Magnaflow exhaus, MSD ingnition with rev limiter, Edelbrock 800cfm carb and performer RPM manifold, B&M Quicksilver shifter. UMI boxed lower control arms . I put the brand new wheels and tires on it about 300 miles ago.The car performs fantastic with the Mark Jones engine....google Mark Jones... Vortec Pro .
