1979 Z-28 Camaro t-top. Factory four speed car. Power brakes, power steering, tilt wheel, t-tops. Over $15,000 recently invested in the Built motor, rebuilt four speed transmission, and suspension. Limited slip rear axle. 3.73 gear ratio. The built 327 was dyno tested at 385 Horsepower at the crank. I have extensive documentation, dyno sheets, build sheets, and specs on the motor. I have over 100 pages of receipts, and documentation that come with the car. Original paint and interior. Garaged for the last 20 years. Clean three owner low mile survivor. This car is fast, handles likes its on rails thanks to the completely rebuilt and upgraded suspension. The Camaro runs and drives like a new car. The Camaro needs nothing.
MOTOR - 4000 miles ago, the following was replaced; Professionally built motor by Performance Engine Development around a 327 engine block ( I have engine build sheet with all details and dyno results). Over $1000 in Dyno testing and tuning. Comp cam, dual chain timing set, high performance valve springs, Crane roller rockers, Comp studs, guide plates, high performance pistons, heavy duty oil pump, Edelbrock Performer intake, ceramic Headman long tube headers, new Vortech heads,QTF Slayer Quick Fuel carb, MSD distributor, alternator, battery, fuel, vacuum lines,fuel pressure regulator with gauge, fuel pump, electronic ignition, pro cut plug wires, K&N air filter, chrome valve covers and air cleaner, motor mounts. Brand new 2 1/2 exhaust with X-pipe, dual Flowmasters.
TRANSMISSION & AXLE- 1,200 miles ago, the following was replaced; Complete professional rebuild on the Muncie Super T-10 four speed transmission. Brand new high performance Kevlar clutch. New pressure plate, throw out bearing. New first and second gear fork, new differential pinion seal. Limited slip 3.73 axle.
SUSPENSION- 4000 miles ago, the following was replaced; Complete suspension rebuild. Hotchkis sub frame connectors, upper and lower control arm bushings, tie rod ends, upper and lower ball joints, heavy duty front and rear sway bars, coil springs, front and rear shocks, sway bar end links and bushings, rear leaf springs. Recent alignment. The steering is tight and responsive. The car corners and handles excellent.
EXTERIOR- The paint appears to be original. Arrow strait body, excellent factory door and body gaps. Thanks in part to the car being garaged the last 20 years the Camaro is very solid. The rockers,floors, trunk pan, and undercarriage is 100% rust free. All of the glass is original. Halogen headlight upgrade. The under side and under carriageis very clean and tidy as seen in the pictures.
INTERIOR- All original interior. The interior overall is in excellent condition. The front driver seat upholstery is in excellent condition with minimal wear. The passenger front seat and rear seat upholstery still looks like new. The dash is perfect with no cracks. All gauges, lights, electrical work. The head liner and door panels are in excellent condition. Original carpet is in good condition. Brand new Z/28 floor mats. Brand new Kenwood stereo with Bluetooth. New speakers. The heater works great. I have brand new interior rear plastic 1/4 panels still in box and new door seals that come with the car. The heater works great.
BRAKES- Rebuilt front disc brakes and rear drums.
WHEELS & TIRES- Brand new BFG tires front and rear. I just had the original wheels refinished.
ORIGINAL PARTS- Included is the original stereo, speakers, jack, front license plate bracket, and t-top covers.
