This is a fantastic cruising car. The car drives perfectly straight and with tight steering, new suspension, bushings, and tires it gives a very comfortable ride. This in not a hot rod. This car has the low compression 350 typical of GM in the late 70's. It even has the original exhaust manifolds on the engine. This car has been unmolested and even has a functional factory alarm. The alarm is set by turning the key on the front driver quarter panel as seen in the pictures. The exhaust is quiet with a factory sound. Headlights pop up and work and all gaugeswork except for the clock which is common with c3 corvettes. Clearly the radio hasn't been upgraded since 1990 but we never listen to the radio when driving this car.
There are no cracks on the dash. The seats are not ripped anywhere. The carpet is in fair condition with no holes or tears. The clear coat has come off in a couple places that I have shown in the pictures. It is not noticeablein person. The AC works but it doesn't blow very hard. I'm sorry about the ford blue on the valve covers but thats all I had when I replaced the gaskets. Lastly the starter may be going out. I've already purchased the starter but haven't put it on the car. It will be sold with the car.
If you want a fantastic classic car that you can just buy and drive then this will be a good car for you. I would drive this car across country and not think twice.
