1965 Chevrolet C-10

Ive been tinkering on and off with this truck for some time but I need to move it on.1 BID WINS THIS TRUCK !!!!!!!
I brought this truck from Kansas a year and some ago as a roller with a locked up motor I never thought the day would come wed be shipping beat up pick ups around the country but here we are. If you know the C10 market you know it probably cost me around 5k just to find a decent shortbed beater and get it home. The truck is really in good solid overall condition its got a little rust in one cab corner and theres been a repair in the floor which is typical otherwise the body is as I found it, I did put a nice wood bed in it. The truck does need a windshield as a stone jumped up and cracked it. The motor and trans were a set up I had for another project its a late model rebuilt 350 the style with the 1 pc rear seal I added a set of valve cover adapters so it looks like a clean early style smallblock its been rebuilt with a mild cam and alum intake with a 600 edelbrock carb and HEI dizzy. it also runs the later style alternator with the wider belt. The trans is a typical th350 its also a low mile rebuild with a shift kit. The interior has a nice original style seat kit installed as well as rubber mat and sill plates I installed a Lokar shifter and a chrome tilt column with turn signals and 3 spoke wheel. Its got a set of old gauges that were in the truck when I found it. Its also got a new stock style fuel tank with a new sender and fuel lines. The brakes are all the original style 4 wheel drums but every part has been completely gone thru and replaced i.e. master cyl, lines, light switch, new wheel cyls, pads drums etc and the truck stops very well The wheels and tires are also brand new and everything was purchased from Coker the fronts are 15x7 smoothies and caps with Coker American classic 225s the rears are 15x8 with 235s This is a great old squeaky bumpy parts chaser it still has a few needs and I always figured id wrap it up and keep it but way too deep in too many other projects so its got to go. the truck only has a couple concerns the first being the windshield which I mentioned the second is the rear shocks I bought this truck as a roller it needs a set of shocks all the way around which is cheap but im also running a set of leaf springs on the back which is odd for this model almost all were the 4 link style the rear springs and shocks are beat it hops like crazy if I jump on it from the light I was gonna bag the truck which was my answer for the rear set up but a good set of shocks would probably do it worst case leaves too. This truck can sit a year and fires right over it will idle allday and never get hot it looks great its got a set of hooker headers and glass packs so its got the right sound. Im going to try to attach a link of a walk around video but if that doesnt work this is how you find it... go to you tube and search 1965 c10 shop truck the rebel and you can watch a short walk around video.
Im starting the auction at $6999. 1 bid of 7k will buy this truck and a buy it now of 8500. will lock up a deal before the auction ends. Yes the truck needs a few things sure but we re all in this thing together we know what these cars need we know what they cost, a set of air bags makes this truck a slam dunk its at least a 10k truck the way it sits all day long but cash is tight for most people right now and im moving on to something else so lets make a deal

Im cool to work with a shipper and if your reasonably local im cool to bring it but the trucks got to be paid in full before it leaves. Feel free to ask any questions also I want the cash but there is a million to 1 shot that id trade it for something really cool of equal value so if youve got something reach me and we can do details and pics via cell. The trucks got a clean Pa title and tons of reciepts. ive only driven the truck to work a few times otherwise it just hangs in the garage so anything I put on it is new.
