Do NOT expect a $20K vette for $10, there are no "free rides" in this world so don't kid yourself, know what you're buying and ask questions. Now, about this car...It is REALLY fun to drive! Very comfy and cruises down the road effortlessly. I JUST got back from a road trip to Vegas and had a blast! Originally bought as a retirement gift for my dad. Dad can no longer work the original manual transmission. All service records since ownership. Ask questions. Amazingly, manual transmissions in vettes from 1977-1982 were rare because of the gas/energy embargo of the 70's and high interest/insurance rates on any non "automatic transmission" sports cars. Also noteworthy is the factory rear spoiler AND rare factory MIRRORED T-Tops!!!This car is a real find and has potential collectability to the right owner. Asking price is far below standard pricing for vettes with an automatic transmission.
