1971 Chevrolet 3/4 ton Cheyenne

1971 Chevrolet Cheyenne, Custom Camper, 3/4 ton 2wd. This is a very nice, turn key driver truck. It has the original paint on it, except the hood and passenger door. The paint is thin on both front fenders. It only has rust on the outer drivers rocker, and at the rear of the bed floor on both sides. That's all. The floors are perfect ( I have pictures of them with the carpet removed ) as are the cab mounts and inner rockers. Completely rust free front clip. It has a new inner and outer grill. This is a factory Hugger orange truck, with a factory black top. You will notice the option sticker shows it to have a wood floor bed and a bed side tool box. This truck doesn't have the original bed on it. It had a homemade wood flatbed on it when I bought it. I had an original paint, hugger orange bed I put back on it. It matches perfect.
The interior is mostly new. It has new carpet, door panels, and seat cover. The dash pad it original. All the gauges work. It has a factory tilt wheel. The A/C is complete and all works, but doesn't blow cold air. Heat and defroster work great.
This was an original big block truck, however the last owner put a low mile Oldsmobile 403 in it with the Oldsmobile 400 turbo transmission. It's been in the truck for about 10 years. They did a great job of adapting the truck for this motor. It runs excellent and starts easy. It has a Dana 60 rear end with 3:54 gears.It drives great and has excellent brakes.
I had the Slotted mag wheels polished and it has a brand new set of 9.50 16.5 Radial tires on it.
