1969 Chevrolet El Camino
First off...this is such a fun car to drive!Local car since new.Selling this for a good friend of mine.He purchased it from the original owners and has owned it since 2000 or so. Driven regularly in summer months.
The car has all of its original sales/warranty documentation, owners books and dealer promo forms.
Showing 126k miles (told to be original but Indianaexempts miles on antique vehicles)
Original 350 V8 2bbl. basically bone stock and runs like a Swiss watch. No smoke or mechanical issues whatsoever.
Fresh fluids.
ALL interior and exterior lights work excellent!
Even the original AM radio works excellent!
Working wipers
HOT heater that works wonderful!
Glass is all excellent!
Doors "click" shut and new weatherstripping keep it quiet inside.
The car handles the road WONDERFUL!!!
I would drive it anywhere without hesitation.
New brakes and tires all around.
Power drum brakesPower steering
Again, I EMPHASIZE...the car runs and drives WONDERFUL!
Now then, paint/body:
Frame and floors appear ROCK SOLID! Minimal surface rust but that is all I have found anywhere under the car.
The car has GREAT "curb appeal" and stands out at the local car show/cruise ins.
Car has had (1) repaint.
Painted back the original GM Olympic Gold color in the early 2000's..
WhatI consider an "amateur" paint job but NOT high quality.
At that time there was lower body rust repair done.
Again, "amateur" body repair as well.Bondo basically.Along the rockers, lower bed sides and lower front fenders. From what I can tell the body work is starting to show its age and has a few cracks hereandthere.
That's about it.
It is a really great car and should be enjoyed for many years to come.
Listed local as well so if it sells locally, listing will be removed immediately.
Anyquestions, as always...PLEASE ask.
Also, PLEASE contact me prior to hitting "Buy it Now" so that I can insure you are a legitimate buyer.
Thanks!

Simple rules for buying from me:
Shipping:
I am NOT a shippingcompany.
I CANNOT give you a quote to ship this car to you. There are many factors involved in shipping like open carry vs. enclosed carry, residential vs. commercial drop off.
Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility but I will work out the details with your shipper to load the car up.

Sold "As Is" and "Where Is". No warranty expressed or implied obviously BUT if you are in the area you are welcome and encouraged to come and physically inspect this vehicle at anytime.I'm not an expert on anything so PLEASE ask questions anytime. I'm happy to answer with 100% honesty to the best of my mechanical ability. This is an old car folks. Hard to cover every inch BUT I am happy to take any additional pictures of specific areas for you upon request at ANY time. I try to video and photograph everything to insure an honest ad.
Nothing to hide here.
Paying:
1) CASH IN HAND IS KING and I prefer handshake, FACE-TO-FACE transactions but that's not always an option.
So...
I EXCLUSIVELY USE DOMESTIC and/or INTERNATIONAL BANK-TO-BANK WIRE TRANSFER. IT'S SAFE, SECURE AND INSTANT. I HAVE CONDUCTED HUNDREDS OFSUCCESSFUL TRANSACTIONS THIS WAY OVER MANY YEARS WITHOUT 1 SINGLE ISSUE (see feedback).
2)IDO NOT,ABSOLUTELY 100%DO NOT USE PAYPAL UNLESS BUYER PAYS PAYPAL FEES.
PAYPALISNOT ACCEPTED OTHERWISE!
I DONOTLIKE PAYPAL AND I THINKTHEIR FEES AREOUTRAGEOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE!
IT'S RIDICULOUS WHAT THEYCHARGEFORBASICALLY DOING NOTHING.
3)AS A LAST RESORT, CASHIERS' CHECKS ARE "OK" BUT THERE IS A HOLD PERIOD WITH MY BANK (7-10 DAYS)
