1980 Chevrolet C-10
Bodywork:.Started out using good quality original body panels, the drivers rocker panel had minor repair. Behind the cab and inside the doors. lined with sound deadening material, Rear roll pan welded on, shaved stake pockets in bed rails, & front fender emblems, Tailgate was smoothed. All Finished off in 2k high build primer.
Paint:. The color is Toyota Blue mirage with Autobahn wet wet Clear Coat. Cut and polished for a great end result. Everything was painted inside & out. All new window gaskets, door gaskets. & felts.
Drive train:.Engine is a 5.3 LS out of a 2002 suburban with FITECH Fuel Injection, & edelbrock Intake with MSD6ls box. rebuilt heads with all new valves ect. Edelbrock 2211 Camshaft and lifter set. Transmission is all rebuilt. Rear differential is rebuilt with 3:42 gears with an Yukon Positraction. First Tanks Inc.16 gallon Fuel Tank With sending unit and a in tank walbro pump gas Gage works. Schoenfeld Headers 2.1/4" pipe, with High flow Cattleya converters, Flowmaster 40 series mufflers, custom brand new driveline.
Suspension:.Frame was painted all flat black. Front end has drop springs, and drop spindles, ¾ ton front Sway Bar with new bushings. The rear has a flip kit and rear drop shackles. With a C Notch in the frame. Belltech drop Shocks. & Power Steering.
Wheels:. Coy wheels C-33 fronts are 18X8 with 235/55/18" Rears are 18X9.5 with 275/55/18" Kumho Tires.
Features:. oil & temperature gauges all mounted in a dash bezel. Grant GT steering wheel. Air Horns with custom mounted switch in dash bezel. Custom edelbrock air cleaner. new grill & headlight bezels. HID Blue Halo Headlights. New mirrors and door handles.
Stereo: Alpine Cd player Two Kenwood 4.1/4" in the center dash, Alpine 6X9" in the doors, Rockford Fosgate punch 500bd watt Amplifier, with two 10" Rockford Fosgate subwoofers in a custom box behind the seat. Custom battery terminals with a +positive 4 Gage wire for the Amp.
Interior:.. Nice black vinyl all interior components covered. Carpet, seat, dash pad. Sun visors, door panels were painted to match. Carpet goes all the way back and up the back of the cab. new Seat belts, & Arm rests.
