Started but the guy passed away, the family doesn't have the money to finish so it needs to go. I have anothet top if you decide you dont want the chop top. Sitting on a 91 chassis set up for a small block Chevy and automatic transmission. Would be a great rat rod, shop advertiment, or even a cool daily driver.
