All-Steel Body-Off Built Streetrod Coupe 350ci RamJet V8 4 speed Auto A/C PS PB /// a smooth Ram Jet 350, backed by a reliable 700R4 4-speed and dressed in classy Cadillac paint, this stunning Chevy epitomizes understated American elegance! Purchased by its current owner as a fully restored classic, this posh coupe was subjected to a detailed, ground-up build that was completed by Heinzman Street Rods of Phillips, Nebraska. The car's all-steel, steel reinforced profile was eventually covered... in a rich layer of Cadillac Gold Mist Metallic 2-stage, courtesy of Yankton, South Dakota's Mustangs and More. And today, after roughly a $126K build tab and 2,700 hours of labor, this sweet custom would look right at home pounding pavement at the local Goodguys meet! Behind the hood, you'll find 350 cubic inches of GM Performance Parts Ram Jet V8 that puts the "Oh!" in show and go! Behind that mill, a proven 700R4 4-speed twists power to a trusted Ford nine that's stuffed with 3.55 gears. That drivetrain pushes a triangulated 4-bar rear-clip, which cages QA-1 coil-overs in a beefy sway bar. Opposite that clip, a Heidts SUPERIDE II front-half stacks tubular control arms and two more coil-overs in front of power rack-and-pinion steering. Power-assisted Wilwoods provide drama-free stops. And torque transitions to pavement through polished Boyds Junkyard Dogs and Cooper Zeon Sports. Pop this coupe's doors and you'll find $15K worth of custom cockpit that was installed by Recovery Room Hot Rod Interiors of Plattsmouth, Nebraska. Plush Almond buckets feature power adjustment for the car's driver. A tasteful dash hangs sleek Dakota Digital telemetry opposite Vintage Air conditioning and a Premier CD player that's wired to a Premier 6-disc changer. At the base of that dash, a small console that frames a B&M Quick Silver shifter. And in front of the driver, a polished, banjo-style steering wheel laps a polished, tilting column. Stylish and alluring, this striking custom is a bellwether of street rod skill. Call, click or visit for more info!
