1986 Chevrolet M1009 Blazer - Detailed rebuild sheet below."New" refers to 2016 restoration.

Drive Train:6.2L Diesel

-Rebuilt infection pump which has the updated retaining ring.

-New Gates belts and hoses.New AC Delco 60G glow plugs.

-New block heater, New fuel filter, anti-freeze, oil changes up to date & air filter is new.

Starts right up every time.Must use block heater when temperatures fall into single digits.

Turbo:

Turbo set up off of a 1995 GM 6.5 Diesel.Includes a custom exhaust as well.EGT & Boost gauges by Auto Meter.Electric fuel pump.Air intake from SS diesel supply.

Transmission:

TH400 3 speed automatic transmission.New fluid and filter- operates flawlessly.

NP2082 speed (High/Low) chain driven transfer case.Shifts through all ranges fine.New output shaft seals and fluid.

Corporate 10 bolt front axle:

3.08 Gears, open differential.

Wheel bearings checked and repacked.Axle u-joints & drive shaft u-joints nice and tight.

New front brake pads.

Warn style ¾ turn lock outs

New heavy duty steering stabilizer

Corporate 10 bolt rear axle:

3.08 Gears - Gov-lok limited slip differential

New fluid

New brake shoes

Emergency brake works as it should

Service brakes work great front and back.No pulling or dragging.

Tires & Wheels:

5 New 33-12.50-15 Cooper Mastercraft MXT's mounted on the US Wheel Stealth 844 lock ring style 15x8 Matte Black Steel Wheels.

Exterior Lighting:

All bulbs and lamps were replaced with new ones

New replacement park light housings, side marker lenses & tail light lenses.

Interior Lighting:

All factory interior lighting works as it should

Alternator:

Alternator charges properly

Voltmeter was changed to 12V

Batteries:

New Group 24 batteries.

Instrumentation/Switches:

All gauges, indicator lights & switches function as they should.The wiper /turn signal lever has been replaced with a new GM unit.

Glass/Weather Stripping:

All glass is in good shape.The front windshield has been replaced with a new one that has the shading across the top along with built in antenna.Windshield also has a new seal.

New vent glass seals and new handle gaskets have been installed.

New window channel weather strip & new replacement window seals installed inside and out.

New door weather stripping installed.

New tailgate glass seals, weather stripping and top window channel weather stripping installed.

New inner and outer header seals for the removable top and new side seals.*I've not broken these seals to remove the top after 2016 restoration was complete.

New rear side window gaskets and locks.

New door mirrors.

New rear glass.

Back side glass & tailgate glass tinted to 5%

Front door glass tinted to 35%

Upholstery & Trim:

New black replacement vinyl upholstery on the front and back seats.Not just seat covers or recolored old vinyl.

New locking center console installed.

The sun visors are new replacements

New, correct vinyl over foam replacement dash.

New door panels and arm rest *Small crack in driver side door armrest.

New front & rear seat belts and latches installed.

Paint / Coatings Interior & Exterior:

The truck has been painted inside and out Desert Tan 686.

The bumpers and grill guard are painted Flat Black.

Interior floor and back half of walls are sprayed with a color match (Desert Tan 686) spray on bed liner.

The frame and undercarriage were in excellent shape and to preserve them they were coated with a rubberized undercoating by Dynatron.

Lift:

The Blazer has a Pro-Comp 2.5-inch suspension lift.

New front springs and U-bolts.Rear lift blocks and new U-bolts

New shocks front & back.

Misc:

Wiper motor works on both speeds and the washer fluid pump is also in working order.

New wipers and horn is also in working condition.

This CUCV M1009 Blazer has been completely re-keyed.Doors, ignition and tailgate.

Two 12V charging outlets have been added during the restoration.

After market radio and new dash speakers were installed during restoration as well.

CB antenna and wiring will remain with vehicle.CB is not included in the purchase.
