1979 Chevrolet C-10 Scottsdale

1979 Scottsdale Pickup. The truck was originally from North Carolina. All the bolts on the underside of this truck can be taken off by hand, no impact required. Very little rust, driver side rocker has a small hole, smaller than a pack of smokes. Passenger side front cab mount could be replaced. Passenger side has some damage, previous owner got a little to close to something. Minor damage to passenger door. All the trim is on the truck, I have a few extra pieces also. The box has a small rust spot back by the tailgate. Other than those couple spots the body of this truck is in show room quality. Truck orignally had a 350 sb in it, now LS Swapped with a 01' 5.3 Vortec backed by 4L60E trans. I have a folder full of receipt, including the engine build sheets for this truck that will go with. This is a very strong running truck. Daily driver with no issues, including interstate driving. Engine was professional build by local race shop. Truck was hauled up to Excessive Autosports in SD to be tuned. Engine build included port/polish the heads along with replacing all internal part besides bottom end. All ARP hardware was used for reassembly. New LS Hot cam installed along with matching valve train parts. The only stock part to the engine is the bottom end. The engine was build to handle turbo/nitrous, neither are installed or have been. Running a new TBSS intake with 92 mm throttle body and K&N filter. Driveshaft in new to handle the higher rpm and power. New Aluminum radiator with electric fans. Front accessories on the engine are all new including belts/hoses. Engine and engine bay are painted to match the metallic brown of the truck. Front end chrome has all been replaced. All lights have been replaced, bulbs and lenses. A separate rear end will come with the truck also. The rear end is a 12 bolt with 4.10 gears and posi, professional build. All parts of the rear end have been replaced with new ones.The truck is mechanical finished! You wont have to do anything with the engine/trans or rear end. From the radiator to the rear end, everything has been gone through and replaced. Truck has been lowered as you can see in the pictures. I have a set of front coils and some rear components that will come with the truck to lower it more. Belltech front and rear sway bars, handles like a race car! There is no body roll in this truck after installing the new swap bars. Wheels and tires - Riddlers 695 gray with machined lips. 20" x 10" in the rear, and 20" x 8.5" in front. New exhaust with cross over and electric cutouts, magnaflow mufflers. The body could use a little body work and fresh paint unless you like the "patina" look. Windsheld does have a small crack on the drivers side.The only part of this truck that needs some attention is the interior. All gauges work, even the speedo. I've changed it out to a 91' suburban for the electric trans. The door panels, dash, and seat could be replaced. Other than that this truck is done and ready! I have a copy of the original title from previous owner. New owner with get all the extra parts, include a set of rally wheels that have been powder coat silver. Any questions please let me know.
