Mechanical

The non numbers matching believed to be a 1968 327 HF Code CID V8, engine rests under the hood with a great sounding dual exhaust system. The transmission is a stock 4-spd shifted from the center console. Manual Manual brakes. These Corvettes are smooth riding and put the power to the ground with an inverse leaf spring independent rear suspension. The 68 model has vacuum operated flip up headlights which operate as they should the vacuum operated windshield wiper cowl has been removed and newer 74 corvette hood was installed.

Interior

A new black soft top was installed a few yrs ago, drop the top and cruise with the windows down. original radio powers on but may need a new antenna wire. Plenty of gauges are present above the steering wheel and in the center console to monitor every aspect of the engine, and indicator lights let you know if your tail lamps are lit. Storage behind the seats is easily accessed and is surprisingly roomy. New carpet has been installed along with new sill plates and door weather striping.

Exterior

Beautiful Red paint ( recently repainted in Base Clear). Really pops against the chrome accents and rally wheels. . Rally wheels with radial tires provide a classic and clean look. Too much red? Put up the soft top to break it up with some black. The curves on C3 Corvettes are very feminine and voluptuous. It's no wonder guys can't stop staring at a 68 Corvette! The working flip up headlights add to the sports car appeal and the dual chrome exhaust tips exiting the rear look and sound great. Overall a great driver quality Classics C3

Payment of Balance Due
The remainder is due within 7 days If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
