1971 Chevrolet C10 Restomod

Skillfully executed modifications on a sharp looking classic truck foundation team with some well-chosen nods to modern technology to make this 1971 Chevrolet C10 Restomod one awesome ride. It's logged fewer than 3000 miles since its restoration and will arrive with build receipts on board to document the work that's gone into bringing it to the fine form it now shows. The two-tone, black and white paint scheme is an inspired and fitting choice for this classic, offering a high-impact custom look that's still suitably vintage. When you combine high quality DuPont paint - their Pitch Black and Arctic White are on display here - with precise, skillful application, the result is bound to impress, and it sure does here - this nicely modded Chevy cuts quite an appearance. The combination of its forward inclined front grille - which comes via a front clip lifted from a '68 Chevy counterpart - and its aggressive, steel cowl hood gives it the appearance of hunkering down, as if awaiting the snap of a football so that it can bury whatever stands in front of it. The finishing details that often make such a huge difference on a classic have been well tended to here - the factory tinted glass surrounding the cabin is in clean shape and sports fresh rubber seals, both the front and rear bumpers appear to have recently been added and the alignment of the exterior looks very precise and is capped off with clean badging. An impressive interior waits inside the doors, at the center of which is a black vinyl bench seat with houndstooth check accents looming over a floor lined with fresh black carpeting. Underneath it, as well as throughout the rest of the cab, sound deadener has been applied to raise the level of the driving experience this classic Chevy offers - an experience that's been ratcheted up even further by a custom sound system featuring a digital AM/FM stereo with iPod connectivity that teams with kick panel speakers, as well as subwoofers and an amplifier securely positioned behind the bench seat to provide all the heart-thumping bass you could want. There's a Billet Specialties steering wheel on the tilt column, and just in front of it the dash has been brought to stellar condition with crystal clear, factory-correct gauges in an instrument cluster that's accented by a fresh black textured panel and a supple looking pad running across the top. An Old Air climate control system has been added and it blows strong through the in-dash vents to make for a comfortable interior. The bed area looks sharp - its floor and ramrod-straight walls wear the same high-quality DuPont black paint as found on the exterior, and a pair of new wheel wells add another great detail. Mechanically-speaking, the emphasis of this vintage pickup is on plentiful yet reliable power. The 350 cubic inch V8 sitting at the center of its well detailed engine bay features throttle body injection and an OBD1 port mounted under the dash for both adjustability and dependable all-weather starts. The engine fires right up and sounds great, sending a deep resonant note out of its dual exhaust, while stainless steel brake and fuel lines add some eye candy. The smooth-shifting 4-speed automatic 700r4 transmission sitting just behind it offers a convenient overdrive gear for low RPMs at highway speeds. A look below shows a solid undercarriage, as well as a really sharp aluminum underbed gas tank. Power steering and power brakes - with discs up front - provide easy navigation and fade resistant stops as this well-built classic pickup cruises on its set of 22" Centerline wheels wrapped with Andsail low profile all weather tires. This 1971 Chevrolet C10 Restomod features an impressive level of quality and workmanship, combined with a driving experience that's hard to beat. Call today!
